Yes, you can eat this and still lose weight!
This is a plate of leftovers: a 4 net carb biscuit cut into squares, crumbled left over pork roast on top of the biscuit, gravy on top of that, then shredded cheese. Left over glazed carrots popped into the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. I added a garden fresh tomato.
