I was first exposed to meditation in the form of self hypnosis at the age of 15. I was going through my parents albums and found one on “self-hypnosis”. My first experience was an amazing one.
Doing research for a book on self-hypnosis while in my early twenty’s, I found that meditation & self-hypnosis are much the same.
I began an acupressure business (auriculotherapy) 25 years ago, and incorporated qigong and meditation into my practice 10 years ago.
I had on years and off years with my meditation practice, but now know that meditation is one of the most important experiences in my life.
I hope I can bring to you the amazingness of what I have learned.
