So many recipes that I have used in my day to day life comes from Elana. My husband is a celiac, and I have cut way back on my carb intake. Here is another recipe from Elana’s Pantry. I have made this bread, and I love it! I use a slicer so I can make sure I get 16 slices per loaf. This will make sure that each slice is approximately 5 total grams of carbs, subtract the fiber content makes each slice of bread only 2.5 net grams of carbs!! Pretty exciting. A whole sandwich is going to be only 5 net carbs!! And it tastes delicious.
